Hugues Boisvert, Founder & CEO and head of the Business law department of our Firm, and Martin Aquilina, COO and International Business Lawyer, advised the National Gallery of Canada regarding an agreement to acquire a painting by Carl Moll (1861-1945) titled “At the Lunch Table.” According to the National Gallery, this will be the first painting of the artist to enter the national collection and the first work by him on view in a public institution in Canada.
