Dean Blachford Participates as a Speaker in STEP Canada’s Privilege, Penalties, and Professional Responsibility Event

Dean Blachford, head of the tax litigation department of HazloLaw – Business Lawyers, participated as a speaker in STEP Canada’s event on March 20, 2019. The event took place at the Rideau Club, in Ottawa, and dealt with tax, accounting, and legal aspects related to trusts and estate planning.  The event aimed to provide an overview on how to reduce risks as well as the imposition of third party liabilities for professionals who plan and administer trusts and estates. Dean was joined as a speaker by Kathleen McDormand from Borden Ladner Gervais LLP
