Dean Blachford, head of HazloLaw – Business Lawyers’ Tax Litigation department presented at the Tax Law in Practice: Panel Discussion 2018. Dean addressed questions related to the practice of law and its challenges, the reasons for choosing to pursue a legal career, his experience as a clerk at the Tax Court of Canada and many other aspects related to the legal profession.
The panel took place on November 14, 2018 in the University of Ottawa campus and was composed of five lawyers and practitioners, including Linsey Rain (Department of Justice), Vern Krishna (TaxChambers LLP, uOttawa), Jennifer Neill (CRA), Andrew Froh (articling student at BLG) and Ian MacGregor (PwC Law).
